We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Each item is handmade with care, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for custom orders.

Delivery Options (Ireland):

• Standard Post (An Post): €5.00 (untracked)

• Tracked Post: €8.00

• Free Local Collection: Available in Maynooth (select at checkout)

International Shipping:

We ship internationally via tracked post only.

• Tracked International Shipping: €12.00

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. If you’ve selected tracked delivery, a tracking number will be included.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns unless an item is faulty. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Sale items

• Items that have been used or worn

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
